Maddan Law is expanding access to information and refreshing legal services that help individuals, families, and small businesses understand the extent of their legacy, and how to protect and control it. The firm provides services in the areas of wills, trusts,
and estates, and small business law.

In law school, the founder, Andréa, took a trusts and estates course where she became deeply interested in our ancestor’s ability to control their assets (of any amount) to impact the next generation even though they have passed on.  After ultimately practicing law in this area and losing family and friends of her own, she realized that many people, particularly in her community and circles, are not aware of the importance and power of business and estate planning. This became painfully clear during the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time, Andréa felt driven to assess her values and how she could best be of service to others. Maddan Law was founded to challenge the status quo and empower others to do the same. 

Maddan Law is inspired and supported by Andréa’s faith in God, her wonderfully supportive husband, her three phenomenal daughters, and an amazing and undeniable village. Maddan Law was started with all of them (and you) in mind.
