Let’s take a deep dive into your business and see what you need to make sure your business is legally healthy. The Legal Audit includes:

• An initial session (up to 1 hour) to learn about your business and current legal contracts in place;
• My review of our conversation against relevant areas of the law (including any updates) and best practices for your business (between 2-3 hours of legal review);
• A follow-up session to discuss findings and offer a chance for questions and answers (30 minutes); and
• A written summary of our conversation that may include recommendations

I will also include a recommendation of what ways we can continue to work together by drafting new or updating your agreements. No need to guess at if your contracts work. We can let you know what needs updating and what doesn’t.
